Email not recognised with PayPlans PayPal App

I can't get the PayPal App to recognise my email address for payments.

It will accept a .com email address, but for 2 of our websites (That will have paid membership linked) they are .global

HELP!!!
Hey Julie,

Hm, it looks like PayPlans is enforcing an e-mail data type for that particular input but I think it isn't wise to enforce it by an e-mail type because with the recent surge of new TLD (e.g: .global), it is very prone to hit errors. I have changed the data type to be a text instead and it will work fine now.

I have modified the file /masquerading.co.uk/plugins/payplans/paypal/paypal/app/paypal/paypal.xml on your site should you need to replicate the fix elsewhere.

Hey Julie,

I tried to access http://dev.masquerading.co.uk/administrator/index.php but I don't seem to see PayPlans installed on the site. Are you setting this on a different site?

By the way, is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue? You may store your site access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so you don't have to provide these information all the time

Sorry, I am 'working' on the main site and testing transfer of files TO the Dev site.
For this reason, I'm working on Masquerading.co.uk
All logins are the same as on Dev.masquerading.co.uk

i am trying to test the PayPal app but it won't accept the email address of payments@masquerading.global

Hey Julie,

I tried to check the file under /dev.masquerading.co.uk/plugins/payplans/paypal/paypal/app/paypal/paypal.xml but it doesn't seem to be updated with the one that I changed on your live site. I have made the modifications, can you give this a try again?
