Hi All,

Here is the way to experience the 'Mobile / Tablet" logout issue.

Test #1

1) Close out all mobile / tablet pages with Easysocial.
2) Click on EasySocial email message notification. Example: 'View Conversation / View Post.'
3) The new page will require you to login to view the page.

*Our members have to login each time when they receive an email message notification.

Test #2

1) Login to EasySocial on mobile / tablet window
2) Click on EasySocial email message notification. Example: 'View Conversation / View Post.'
3) The new page will show you the posting, but you will still be logged out.
4) You will need to login (again) to navigate EasySocial.

*How can email messages open mobile / tablet page already logged into EasySocial?

Thank you!

Meagan
Hi Nik,

I've discovered the issue. Our mobile phone was set to 'Private' for safari browser settings.

We'll add a note to new users in our welcome email.

All set!

Hello,

As a second mobile test experience:

1) Close out mobile page logged into ES.
2) Open new mobile page and navigate to bSmartGuide.com (ES website).
3) You will be required to login to access ES on the new mobile page.

Most of our members access ES on mobile devices, so it's imperative we find a way to keep them logged in on new safari windows. (Perhaps enable cookies to remember their login details?)

Thank you!

Hello Meagan,

I have tested your steps to replicate in my local using my smartphone and I don't have this logged out issue. Perhaps, you can provide us your backend and FTP access so that we can troubleshoot directly on your site.

Hi Nik,

I've updated my original post with my ftp details.

I'm using iPhone iOS 10.2.

For me and all of my users, we get logged out on our iPhones when opening a new window on mobile to access ES.

We have to login each time we receive an email notification.

Many thanks for your help!

Meagan
