Yes it will distorted as you and our current logo used is using small dimension image(icons) as shown http://take.ms/CG1w0

In order for you to show it properly, you are required to use bigger dimension icons or do template override and set your desired width and height to cope with your current icons size by going to Backend>Components>Easydiscuss>Email template and edit email.template.html.php files. You can apply codes below and see how it goes
