It seems that our EasySocial email notifications (e.g. new group creation, etc.) are all coming through in English rather than Dutch. We have the Dutch language set for front-end. Can you please advice? see attached.
Update: it is a bit strange as some emails are in Dutch and some in English, see attached:

Checked users and they are set up as 'Dutch' front-end, only Super Admin has 'English' backend, rest all 'Dutch'.

However the 'Your group %1s has been approved' email is in English.

Will appreciate your help.

Hey Andrew,

I am really sorry that missed up this post in earlier,

Can I have the permission to create test group in your site then using admin account to approve it so I can check for the email language issue?

hey Andrew,

I am really sorry that delay of this reply,

I've tried to create a new group in your site, but it seems like the email content is shown Dutch language.

You can take a look of my attached screenshot.

Unless you approve the group from backend (English site), so system will proceed English email content to the user.

Arlex, Please do not create new users for test on our site. And if it is required then please can we call them 'OpgroeiGids Toets' and no anything related to 'stack...'?

I have removed them all, but since it is a live site with all sorts of notifications etc enabled... it would be better to do this in a way that looks like we are testing ourselves...

I trust that you would understand.

About the English notifications... You say if we approve from back-end then it would be in English? How do we change this so that it always send notifications in Dutch?

Thanks...

Hey Andrew,

If we are not allowed to create account on the site, I am not really sure how are we going to debug this. Please setup a development site for us so that we can check on this.

Marc, your comment is un-called for sorry... We have said that should any test accounts (although already created) are required then please stick to our naming convention rather than StackIdeas naming... More professional look to our clients of course.

However, the last post's actual question was:

"About the English notifications... You say if we approve from back-end then it would be in English? How do we change this so that it always send notifications in Dutch?"

hey Andrew,

I am really sorry that delay of this reply,

I already tested 3~4 times in your site, this is what I tested just now :

Case 1 :
Make sure group creator/admin set language use `default` or `dutch` from their user profile (screenshot : http://screencast.com/t/tkAUnACFu2 ).
So when the group creator already submit a new group, the system will check which is current site language he logged in to.
If that is Dutch site language, system will send out Dutch language email content.
If admin logged in backend (Dutch language) and click on approve button from group moderation page, the system will send out Dutch language email content. (you can check first and second screenshot below)

Case 2 :
If admin logged in backend (English language) and click on approve button from group moderation page, the system will send out English language email content. (you can check the third and fourth screenshot below)

Can you give it a try again and see is it correct this behaviour?
