hello sir,
when user is register his profile ,after completion od register process he redirected to dashboard,
but email is not sent to user and flash message comes as "Could not instantiate mail function."

how can i archive it

May I know do you set your email in joomla correctly? You can consult with your webhosting service provider regarding on the correct email configuration and you can set it directly from your joomla backend > global configuration > server > mail settings, http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-06-17_1548.png .
