Hi Mubasshir Pawle,

It seems like your Joomla mail setting is it configure correctly, can you try consult with your webhosting provider regarding this and see is it everything is configure correct? If yes, can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on this?

*You can put the information in the optional information field below(SITE DETAILS). Don't worry about privacy. Only Support team can view the information.

Hey Mubasshir Pawle,

Perhaps you can try temporary disable this plugin from your backend > plugins manager > System - EasySocial > Enable com_users Redirection - NO.

After you disabled, you can try access this URL -> http://yourdomain.com/index.php?option=com_users&view=registration then register a new user account through Joomla registration and see this user is it can get the email notification send from Joomla?

Hey there,

You need to check with your mail / hosting provider as to what is the correct mail settings. Once you obtained these settings go to your Joomla Global Configuration section and set them accordingly

Hey Mubasshir,

Then it is most likely that your SMTP settings is incorrect. If you can provide us with the details of your SMTP settings and provide us with the back end access, we can help you to configure this
