Email is not being sent

My wget is located in usr/bin/wget -O /dev/null "https://blackshare.net/index.php?option=com_easysocial&cron=1";
But it keeps saying file doesn't exist. How can I get this working?

it's working, I had the wrong format it should be
[gist type="php"]
/usr/bin/wget -O /dev/null "https://blackshare.net/index.php?option=com_easysocial&cron=1";
[/gist]
