Hello,
as said in the title ES mails are not sent, its marked as sent in email activity but users are not receiving any thing. just after upgrading to the last version .
Hi Jan,

Have you setup cronjob in your site? If no, I advise to you to setup cronjob on your site. You can refer to this documentation: http://docs.easysocial.io/administrators/cronjobs .

If you have already setup the cronjob, and this issue is still persist, perhaps you can kindly provide us with your site's Cpanel so that we can have a better look on your cronjob setup.

Please advise.

Hi Jan,

I am sorry for the delayed reply. Can you kindly provide us with Cpanel access and your FTP access? Because when I tried to access your FTP, I hit this error:
Could not upload “default.php”.
Server said: Quota exceeded: [default.php] won't be saved

Please advise.

Hi Jan,

I am sorry for the late reply.
I have put a fix on your site in this file: .../administrator/components/com_easysocial/includes/mailer/mailer.php at line: 238 .

public function send($mails = array()){
// Retrieve configs
$config = FD::config();
$jConfig = FD::jconfig();

// If there's no email to send out, we should just return ehre.
if (!$mails) {
return false;
}

Can you try this fix and see if this issue is still persist. This is a bugs from our ends and this fix will be included in the next releases. We will release a new version of EasySocial shortly.

I am sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Did this fix go into .17? I didn't see anything in the Changelog that sounded like it dealt with this.

I just noticed too a few new user registrations in my EasySocial admin which I didn't receive email notifications about (that always worked in version .15 and before)

Thanks!
