how do we add tooltip for the options identified in the attachment.

There are some issue with the tooltip is not appearing for touch device in this easysocial version and we will include the fix in the next release of easysocial. Thanks for understanding.

Yes that's correct. However it will be best if you put the custom code inside your custom css file that are located inside your template itself so that the change will not get overwrite after each update of your easysocial component.
