I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is actually a public day off for us here. Are you trying to modify the html codes or the css codes? If you are trying to style it using css, you could just add your selector rules into your template's css file.

If you would like to alter the way the stream items are generated on the site, then you need to modify the file /media/com_easysocial/apps/group/easydiscuss/themes/default/streams/create.content.php
