Dearest staff,

When I try to edit an old blog entry or making a new one, I can't view the editor (it's a blank page like the attachment).
The only way to solve the problem is using Firefox, while Chrome and Safari gives this problem. It's a resolvible issue? What's the matter? Sincerely I'll prefear continue to use my favourite browser instead of Firefox.

Thanks!
Hey there,

I've tried to login as tester user account, but it seems work fine for me.

May i know which user account facing this issue? Perhaps you can provide us with this user account so we can directly check on this?

By the way, in the future you can just include your site's access once at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site rather than needing to keep adding them in your replies

Dearest Arlex,
thanks for your quick reply!
And thanks for the suggestion, I updated my profile with the information of my site.

The problem is with alla users, even "tester". But as I said it's only with Chrome and Safari, not with Firefox...
If there isn't a solution I'll use Firefox of course, but it seems strange to me that the editor doesn't load with this browser. I also cleared the cache.

It seems strange 'cause I've already used it before... now I changed it so you can try again...

Hey Massimo,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I just tested this with Google Chrome and it's working fine for me as you can see from my screen shot here, http://screencast.com/t/BYZmojZT

How did you reproduce this issue on your site?
