We are not really sure about the cause of this issue, unless we check your site further. It could be conflict with some plugins in your site or maybe something else.
Perhaps, can you check and screenshot the error by open the console to see any error on the page?
You can right click on your mouse and go to the 'inspect'

Also, can you check whether you have enabled this setting https://take.ms/Z3B2b in your site?
