Client has requested a change to the notification emails. Where do I do this please?
I am sorry that I still not really clear what is your current requirement from your client, can you elaborate more details regarding this?

Sorry - that was a bit vague wasn't it? The notification emails when someone subscribes to a post or the blog. When they do so, they are sent an email telling them they subscribed, etc. I would like to edit these.

No problem Lan

You can modify this email template file from backend > Easyblog > Mail activities > Email template > edit 'subscription.confirmation.php' , if you would like to change those language translation word, for example :

COM_EASYBLOG_NOTIFICATION_SUBSCRIBE_SITE="This is a confirmation for your blog subscription at %1$s"

So you can override this language word from your site backend > extension > language > override > click New , you can refer our documentation here : https://stackideas.com/docs/easyblog/administrators/how-tos/how-to-create-language-string-override

Hope this will help.

Still having major issues with emails from the site. Client has just alerted me to the emails that he is getting while testing. The "New Blog Post" and "Email Subscription confirmation" has the following texts in them (respectively):

There is a new blog post published on the site New blog post posted

Confirmation of your subscription on our site Subscription confirmation

Why does it not have the site name? Never seen it behave like this before.

Additionally, when a comment is added, **I** am sent the email, though other emails are going to the email address in EB which is also the site admin email address.

Currently we do not have show the site name in the email notification.

Do you mean you do not want those new comment email notification always notify to the site admin?
