I'm sorry for this delayed respond. We already place CSS patch to beautify the form display of subscription form in this CSS file:
joomlafolder/templates/sj_joomla3/css/template.css

You can find the patch code at the bottom of the CSS file, as below:

	white-space: nowrap;

}

}
