Editing pending post: Is there a way to have a save button?

Currently when opening a post in the pending list (administration section of joomla), I only have three buttons: approve post, reject post and cancel. I would like to make some update and then save those. Is there a possibility to have a save button?

Sorry for late reply to this,
Regarding this section, we actually have provided "Approve post" button is represent to store what you edited and approved this post.
Because you can imagine when the admin edit this post which mean that this post should be get approve, if not the admin will be directly click reject this pending post from user.
