If I try to edit an article from the admin panel it is erasing the main article image. Also in the admin if I click on the main image section when editing an article it knows there is an image attached but nothing is displaying (see attachment). However I can still see the image on the frontend but if I edit and then save the article the main image disappears completely (see second attachment).

Thank you
Matt
HI Matt,

I have checked your site, and it seems like the images which are stored in database are referring to your old site url. I have put a fix in this file: .../media/com_easyblog/scripts/dashboard/blogimage.js . Please backup this file first before updating EasyBlog to the latest.

Please advise.

Hi Matt,

I am sorry for the late reply.
I have created a blogpost with a blog image to test this issue and it seems like I can't replicate this issue on your site. I have edit the blogpost several time, tried to replicate the issue but no success. The blog image is not missing. I am not sure how can I replicate this or am I missing anything here?

Please advise.

Can you please try to open a blog entry that is already created such as this one please search this blog entry in the admin: 'DIETRICH JON'S FIRST EP TAKES YOU HIGHER'. You will see that it says 'remove blog image' under main image so it know an image is attached but no image shows up on this screen it is just grey with the camera. And on the front end it still shows an image on this blog entry: http://indieu.com/article/entry/dietrich-jons-first-ep-takes-you-higher. But if you edit the text or anything and save the article after it is created the main image disappears. It seems like it is jot happening for new articles and only to the ones that I mass imported form Wordpress even though I went in and re added all of the main images. Everything is backed up so please feel free to test this just let me know what articles you edit. Also you can search the blog entries for: 'Cecil John' , we edited 6 different articles of his and all of the main images disappeared after we saved the text.

Thank you
Matt

Hi Matt,

I have inspected your site and it seems like this image is still referring to the wp url. Here is the example:
http://indieu.com/article/entry/cecil-john-drops-change-the-third-melicmondays-track . The image is still referring to: http://indieu.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/IMG_0199.png .

I also have checked this url: http://indieu.com/article/entry/dietrich-jons-first-ep-takes-you-higher and what you're saying is true. The blog image at the backend do not show up. However, after I reupload the blog image to the blogpost, it seems the issue is now gone.

Can you test this again and see if this issue is still persist? By the way, do you have another blogpost which have the same issue so that we can further investigate the root problem.

Please advise.

Yes you can see the same issue on almost all of our blog posts, for the most part all of the older posts and anything before the beginning of this year are having the same issue. Also what about the issue with the main image deleting itself when I save the article. Is this because the image was originally uploaded by a different user and is attached to their 'my albums' in the media manager?

I also checked in the media manager and those main images are also deleted from there from the /images/easyblog_images.. so those main images are being completely deleted from the site.

Also it wouldn't make sense that it is referring to the wordpress image since we added all the main images back into Easyblog admin manually through the Easyblog media manager after importing the posts from Wordpress. Please let me know.
