Having trouble with Administrators editing Author profiles (Authors/Blog Settings/Biography). When Save is clicked, everything looks like it went well but all HTML tags are removed. So, for example, if I add a paragraph and then click Save, the paragraph tags are lost and the text is just appended without any tags. Only users in the SuperUser group can edit Author profiles, save the changes and have the changes stick with any HTML tags also saved. I tried changing Options (Manage Bloggers) and Joomla's Text Filter settings but I can't get it to work. I'm not sure how to fix this?
