You need to edit the language string inside your /language/xx-XX/xx.XX.com_easyblog.ini and find the following language string,

COM_EASYBLOG_DASHBOARD_ALL_NEW_ENTRY_WILL_BE_MODERATE_BY_ADMINS="Replace your string here"
