How to turn off edit Blg, SEO and adsense options in user profile account settings on the front end

Most of these can be disabled in the ACL>usergroup>Profile section at the backend of EB(http://take.ms/uSfHD). However, the biography and website portion(http://take.ms/FKzfR) cannot be removed unless the user does not have 'Allowed To Write New Post' permission.
