Hi,

Just a quick Question about the CSS
I'm trying to change the colors of my toolbar and I add the changes to my site template custom CSS file
All the edits for the 'style.css' file work but the edits for the 'style1.css' don't seem to come through.

Any hints would be great!!!

Thanks
Hello Jeremey,

It's advisable to actually add your css overrides in your Joomla template's css file rather than placing it in EasySocial's css file because when you upgrade EasySocial, these changes might get lost.

Hi Mark,

It seems there is a cache working somewhere on my server that is not allowing the changes to be seen directly.
The changes I had made have now come through sorry to take your time.

but it might be nice to know where this cache may be for future edits.

My current settings are:
Global Config > system > cache > off
Global Config > server > gzip > no
Components > easysocial > settings > system preferences > system enviroment > development
Components > easysocial > settings > system preferences > Javascript Compression Mode > Uncompressed
Extentions > Plugin Manager > System - Cache > Disabled
Extentions > Plugin Manager > System - RokBooster > Disabled
Extentions > template Manager > my-template - gantry > menu > module cache > off
Extentions > template Manager > my-template - gantry > advanced > less compiler > CSS compression > off

Thats all I can think of

any hints on what I may have missed

Hello Jeremey,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply. Got occupied with a couple of development works. Hm, if those are already disabled, it shouldn't cache any longer unless the ISP is adding caches on the web server layer.
