If the text is already displayed on the module, you could change them by installing the appropriate language files.

Hi Khairul thanks for your reply, we want to use this welcome module as User Menu, to logged users,
just take a look athe the attached image and let me know if it is possible.

You would require hacking the module and make modification on the links, feature and design, this is not included in our support scope. But if you are making it we will help guide you if you encounter any problems.
