Edit profile problem

Hi,

When users edit their profile, they get an error when saving saying that required fields are missing (when they are not) and then when you re-enter the details, there is a blank error popup and the email field is highlighted when it is filled out. Also the other custom fields created for registration are not available for edit, even though they were allowed for edit.

Is there an easy way to fix this?

Hey James,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I have checked your site and it looks like you have added some css hacks to hide the sidebar altogether as you can see here, http://screencast.com/t/l1uePVf1sk99 . This is why you are facing these 2 issues:

1. You are hitting the required fields error. There is a required field in the step "More Information" and since the sidebar was hidden with CSS, you won't be able to click on the "More Information" tab.

2. The other steps are not appearing.

To fix this, you need to remove the css hacks that you added to hide the sidebar.
