Yes, I just have some changes that I made and you guys made to css files and notification images that haven't been backed up yet

Perhaps you can temporary backup all the changes file first before I help you update to 1.4.4 version and see is it still hitting the layout issue?

I can do an entire site backup with Akeeba but I'm not sure how to extract certain files after the update is complete, I can copy individual files via ftp but would take me a little while to determine which files I need to copy..do you have a better way?

Actually I am not really sure which file you have customized, perhaps you can show us which post thread my colleague help you before?

If everything already do backup, so can I have the permission help you update to 1.4.4?

You might want to clear your web browser cache so that your browser will not get the old css file
