I play with site I found that's, register user can edit the blog not own by them ?

How to set user only can edit their own blog ?

Acl not find the option

Try disable this ACL option -> Moderate All Entries In Dashboard

You will need to edit the ACL at the back end of EasyBlog and remove the "Manage blogs" permissions from the normal "Registered" group.
