edit latitude and longtitude in admin page

I would like to know can I edit the latitude and longitude in admin page?

is that normal Location (Map) edit the meta information?
If you are using EasyBlog 5, this would be possible. The version that you are using (3.x) is much older and it probably had some bugs.

so that is the bug ? or !!! I remember I have edit the longtitude and latitude there before? Not long time ago.
