The main part of the form that our users will need is the main top section and the location. The Event Configuration and Event Features are nice, but they are missing the Location Mapping part as its too far down the screen.

You can head to your Event Categories at backend>Event>Categories and move it custom fields(location) to upper part of your requirement as you can see here http://take.ms/1XBEh.
Oh, sorry for my confusion on above reply. You can change them at Customs Field>Worksflow and look for your current event categories as shown http://take.ms/CH6vK
Hi, the minute you open and save the form it says ERROR SAVING FORM: All mandatory fields are required. Please check and make sure that all mandatory fields has been added to the profile.

Yes it as we have added new mandatory customs field for your page/groups/event and user for Easysocial v2.1. You need to add these http://take.ms/xpWmD first in order for you to be able to save them.
Just to clarify, I need to modify each form, add those TASKS, POLLS, FILES, AUDIOS fields/sections in to each PAGE, GROUP, EVENt and USERS forms , before I can continue?
Yes, it is. If you wanted to use all of those workflows you have on your site. If you just wanted to use one of them only, you just need to update them only.
