ED5 user profile editing does not follow ED User Profile Plugin settings

Hi there, I made the leap to J4 this past week, which was a major wrestling match in itself. Now I'm setting up ED5 again from scratch.

I noticed that the settings in the User Profile plugin are not reflected in the User Profile edit section on the frontend. I ONLY want people to be able to show their LinkedIn link and have all the other social profile fields disabled in the plugin.

Yet, when I go to the Profile editor page, those fields are all there. The same happens with the Description field.

So there seems to be a disconnect with ED5 not reading those plugin settings when showing the User Profile editing page.

Can you please check on this?
The "Easydiscuss Profile" user plugin setting only affects the Joomla registration form and the Joomla user edit profile page.

If you would like to turn off the Easydiscuss edit user profile page about the social custom field, you can disable this from the backend > Easydiscuss > setting >users > general > show user social profiles

But unfortunately, we do not have a setting to turn off the description field from the backend, if you want to remove this description field, you have to modify this file JoomlaFolder/components/com_easydiscuss/themes/wireframe/user/edit/account.php
