1. To change the placeholder for the question, it can be done in the language file.

2. Currently you cannot disable the category

3. To turn off the tags, go to Settings > General > General Features and turn off the tags feature

2. Is there a way to disable the AUTO-SEARCH feature in this same field?
We want our users to generate content, so every new question in the forum we consider as new post (good for SEO proposes). So We need to disable it.

Which language do you use? If you are using english, it's in /language/en-GB/en-GB.com_easydiscuss.ini
