the striing is "APP_USER_EASYDISCUSS_STREAM_VOTED_ON_POST" but i need to translate it in my language,

i should write : "%1$s a voté dans la discussion %1$s" ?

Currently, that how it should be as those names should be in front there are no need for you to include them on the end of the translations. It should shown as for example, admin a voté dans la discussion and not admin a voté dans la discussion admin based on your translation on above reply.

Or did you wanted to included post owner on that stream? If yes, it is not possible to achieve that currently.
