Hello,

why there is two different colors for user names when we mention them ?
when i choose users with blue it add it with a link to its profile and when i choose the one without color i get only the name without link, i missed some thing ?

I am sorry for the delay of this reply. I've tried to replicate this locally, but I cannot reproduce it . I've tried to access your backend however I need the credential for the htaccess(firewall. Can you provide us with the credential in order to troubleshoot further on this?
