Hi SI Team

I think some think went wrong with the update to 4.0.19

Checking for updates There was some errors connecting to our updates server. Software is up to date Installed version is outdated!


Kindly advise

It seems load fine for me, can you try clear your browser cache and see how it goes?

This is really weird.
I have cleared my browser cache and my Joomla back end "Clean Cache"
And tried two browsers but ED is still not loading correctly for me.
Please see screen shot.
I can not navigate to some of the items on the menu on the left hand side eg "Settings"

The only thing I can think of is to go to a cafe with open WLAN and try there!
They are digging up the cables in my street and putting down glass fibre cables.
The internet has bee very unpredictable at my end recently!


Any ideas from your end?

Currently I have no ideas but I can confirm this issue related with your browser cache, because this version we did updated backend CSS stylesheet, so you have to make sure you have clear all the previous cache from your browser and your Joomla cache, so it can load the latest CSS stylesheet on your browser.

Going into cPanel and clearing the Cloudflare Cache did the trick in the end!!!
Funny because I have been using Cloudflare for a number of years now and never had problems with updates.
But what ever.
