Hi,

I have a recommendation for the Echo template. At present, the top bar includes the logo, main menu items, search field, login, and register button. This is a lot of information to display in one horizontal bar, especially once additional menu items are added (For example, Home, About Us, Services, Contact, Support, FAQ, Community, Discussions, Blog, etc.).

An alternative approach would use the three-bar navigation style featured in the Wanderers template:

(Please see example attached)

In my view, this approach is much more practical, as it offers more room for menu items, logo, etc.
Importantly, it also makes it easier to use the docker plugin: the top bar could simply be replaced by the docker without interfering with the menu item.

Thank you
Thanks for your input, I already discuss with our template developer, it actually quite take some time to implement this, I will log this suggestion into our codebase, we will see if we can implement this in the future version.

Hi,

I appreciate you logging this. I have one follow-up question, which I think would be much easier to implement in the short term:

QUESTION: Would you please provide CSS style support in the Echo template for the Docker plugin?

If the Docker plugin had the exact same style as the Echo template, those of us who use the Docker plugin could achieve the same result on our own by doing the following:

1. Enable the Docker plugin
2. Disable the Echo template Search/Login/Notification module(s)
3. Use css or other approach to remove the logo in the Echo template
4. Display the logo in the Dockerr plugin

This would provide all the necessary space for additional top menu items, as described in my initial recommendation. The only implementation that would be required from the developer's point of view would be to add css style support for the Docker plugin in the Echo template. The Docker would have the same style as the Echo template navbar, including search, login button, register button, and notifications for logged in users. This would be very helpful for those of us who use the Docker plugin with the Echo Template.

Thank you

Thanks for your input

I will discuss with our designer and developer regarding this, but for now we will not add anything before we release, if not it might be delay the release first version of Echo template.

Thanks for understand.

Hello,
I'm agree with you. I also liked these three-bar navigation style in the Wanderers template.
The 3rd submenu is very convenient.
