I purchased the Echo template for ES and also the Mobile Web Template for ES.

I've followed all the installation documentation for both templates and it seems to be working except an issue I'm having with the login screen.

Before logging into the site on a mobile phone it appears to be attempting to grab info for Echo (see screenshots of both mobile phone browser and regular desktop browser).

If I switch the site's main template to the default Joomla template then the login screen on mobile looks fine.

Are these two templates not compatible with each other?

Please advise. Thanks!
I've applied some fix in this file -> JoomlaFolder/administrator/components/com_easysocial/includes/assets/assets.php , it should render the correct styling now, can you give it a check?

It seems like that is a small bug, I've applied some fix into your Easysocial .ini language file.

However, I will log this issue into our issue tracker and include the proper fix in next release version.

Thanks for the quick reply, Arlex. It looks like the text is showing up properly now. However, I think that the css may not be mapping properly to the form fields and the background image is still missing. I cannot inspect the elements on my phone as I would typically do in a web browser to verify this because the web browser always renders the Echo template and the Mobile browser renders the Mobile Web template.

Could you let me know how I might be able to check to see if the css is being called properly to the username/password fields and also the missing background image?

Let me know. Thanks for your help.

You're welcome Keith.

It seems like echo template styling not render on the mobile view, I will pass this issue to our designer regarding this on Monday.

For now, I will suggest you temporary disable this plugin "System - EasySocial Mobile" so it will not render the mobile view temporarily, but it still will render the mobile responsive, so it should be okay when you disable it.
