Hello,

I am using ES to manage my video content that I import from youtube so that I can have a nice video section on my page. The issue I am having is that when I create a blog post, the video block will not allow me to link to a video link from my site, it will only allow me to upload an actual video file which I won't be able to manage due to HD capacity issues. There is also a youtube block that lets me enter a youtube link but then I need to do double the work (create video in ES using youtube link to add it to my video section and then again as a youtube block in EB for the same video).

Is it not possible to use links from your own site as embedded videos in EB?

Thanks
Hey there,

Unfortunately, it is impossible to do that at this point of time.

Perhaps it would be best if you can submit a feature request regarding this issues by creating a new ticket on the forums and set it to "Feature Request" here. We will prioritize this feature during the development process for the next major version of EasyBlog if there are more people request on this.
