I am having an issue with getting stuck at Post Installation Cleanup on Version 5.0.29

After backing out it says the software is updated, but I couldn't go any further than that step, so I really don't trust it.

I checked with my server admin during the install and I am not getting any errors thrown.

Can you guys please fix this? BTW this is happening on multiple domains.
I can't access any folders on the ftp. Can you please ensure that the access that you provide us really works? http://screencast.com/t/AX0qPSBU

My server admin says it is working fine, and I also tested it myself.

he said

"Please ask him to check by changing the FTP connection mode from Active to Passive and vice versa."

Hey John,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply,

Regarding with your installation issue is because this table `#__easyblog_acl_group` having huge data around 50000+ , so hitting timeout error when until the installation last step. Why this table data so huge is mostly these all old data already stored since you using Easyblog from 3.x .

By the way, you can follow my instruction from this thread to solve this issue with your another site -> http://stackideas.com/forums/upgrade-from-5-0-19-to-5-0-20-hangs-at-45#reply-216651

Hope this help.

Hey John,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

You can check with your current blogger which trying to edit the post is under which Joomla user group, e.g. if the blogger under `Registered user group` then you have to make sure this user group ACL is it enabled `publish entry` to YES or not, you can check it from backend > Easyblog > ACL > select your user group > write entry and publish entry - YES.

Hope this will help.
