The MD5 hash of the downloaded file does not match. Please contact our support team to look into this.

Thanks
Giora

Hello Giora,

For some reason when I try to access your backend by using the provided credentials I will hitting this error,
Warning
Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet.

By the way have you tried to regenerate the API key from http://stackideas.com/dashboard and put the new API key during installation and see how it goes? You can also try to install with the full installer package if the problem still persist.

Hi Giora Shimoni,

I'm really sorry that I accidentally disabled System - RokCommon plugin from your backend plugin manager, can I have your phpmyadmin access so I can help you enabled back? because I can't able to access in your Joomla backend.

Hi Giora Shimoni,

I see that some of the latest blog modules not working.

Anyway

I need to know what was the reason it did not work because I have other sites I would like to upgrade.

May i know what do you mean the Easyblog latest blog module is not working? Perhaps you can guide us which page and reproduce this issues?

Regarding the installation issues, since I didn't have your API key, so I download the full installation zip file and install from your backend extension manager, then it working fine.
