EB using ES Profile link

Hi There,

When I enable using ES Profile Link in Settings > Integration > EasySocial > Profile I lost the ability to add EB specific options like Website, Permalink, FB URL, etc... is that possible to have when using ES Profile? Or I should say/ask shouldn't that automatically made available?

Hello Jackson,

When integrating EasyBlog with EasySocial, there is a possibility to also change the links of the author to their respective profile pages to EasySocial. You can disable this under Settings > Layout > Avatars as you can see here, http://take.ms/qwOLD

Hi Mark,

You are talking about the Author profile link whether it goes to ES Profile or EB Profile, but it's good to know to have that. I am talking about when editing a Profile it will take me to EasySocial Profile edit loosing the fields that EB has for an author.

Actually you can add custom field that exist in the EasyBlog profile to EasySocial profile by download the custom fields here:

and install the custom field (Applications>Install) in the EasySocial app
https://www.screencast.com/t/EJ1hzvmuqM3 activate/publish it.
then, put the EasyBlog custom field in the desire profile type's custom field: https://www.screencast.com/t/qqbT9T8Dfo
