Hi,

When a user clicks the unsubscribe or delete link from an email, they are taken to a random page that is not formatted after agreeing to remove their info. How can I fix this?
Hey there,

Are you referring https://vghl.myvirtualgaming.com/?

If yes and I understand your question correctly, I just tried to unsubscribe from site subscription from the email and it is working fine for me. When I unsubscribed from the email, it will redirect me to https://vghl.myvirtualgaming.com/mvg-buzz/mvg-stories/subscription and showed me the correct message which is ' You have successfully unsubscribed from the post.' after scroll down.

It would be the best that if you can provide me with some screenshots so that I can have a better understanding of your question if I understand your question wrongly.

Hey there,

I just checked and tested on your delete link from the email and it seems working fine for me as shown in the video.

Is it possible for you to record a video or provide some screenshots for us so that we can have a better understanding of how to replicate the issue that you mentioned?

Thanks for your understanding.

Hi,

The video you supplied is perfect because it shows exactly what I'm talking about.

The page you landed on is a randomly generated easyblog page , it is not a page I designed . I would like to be able to have the user land on a page that I created so that it looks exactly how I want it to look.

Thanks,

Fidel C

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

It should always land to the same page, perhaps you can share with us which page it redirect to after user click on that delete link from the email?

I finally have the videos for you.

For delete info, the user is taken to a random page that I have no layout for

http://bunnylifestyle.com/index.php?option=com_easyblog

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1jyTL5JuqExKTElUc-KvcFMEZD7ASQZqg/view

Is it not possible for the user to go to the homepage or is there a page that I need to create to be able to better control this?

It seems like that is bug, it always redirect to the non-sef blog listing page.

Can you download my attached file and replace into this and see how it goes.

JoomlaFolder/components/com_easyblog/controllers/profile.php

By default, it will always redirect to the blog frontpage, so you can create a hidden menu item for "Easyblog - frontpage layout" so it will handle this properly.
