Actually the Easyblog toolbar already have show a register link under the lock icon dropdown http://take.ms/aEP1k .

Unfortunately currently that is not possible to render Easysocial social login button on the Easyblog toolbar.
And I realised you have display docker on the page header so you actually no need to show social login button under Easyblog toolbar.

Fresh Joomla installation will turn off allow registration option by default. http://take.ms/MkwZ8
