I see it now, they need to be able to write posts inorder to edit their profile. Is there a way around this?

Please note that I have changed all pages to super user access as the site is not mean to be live yet. You may change these to registered so that you can assist me with my issue but please remember to change it back to super user when done.

Try download my attached file and replace into this following files and see how it goes.

JoomlaFolder/components/com_easyblog/controllers/profile.php
JoomlaFolder/components/com_easyblog/views/dashboard/view.html.php

This will be fix into the next release version is because those user download section is actually under edit profile page, so even user do not have right permission to write blog post on the site, the system should allow them to access edit profile page.

I tried this on bunnylifestyle.com and as you can see, registered user still has no option to edit profile from the EB toolbar.

It seems like the toolbar code there got check for the write entry ACL.

I've applied some fix into this file on your site JoomlaFolder/components/com_easyblog/themes/wireframe/toolbar/default.php , it should show the edit profile link under the toolbar now.

By the way, I think it would be best for your new ticket need to mention which domain site currently you working on, so our moderator can able to help you solve the issue quickly.
