I've checked in your site, it seems like you have using http://MHI.tips in your live_site value inside you configuration.PHP, but your URL was http://www.mhi.tips/ that way your icon image not render from right URL.

I've have change you live_side value and it seem work fine.Hope this help and have a nice day:)
