In the EB toolbar, there is an option to manage your subscriptions. The issue I am finding is that if the users email is subscribed to site wide subscriptions, the option to manage a site wide subscription is not available. How can we fix this as this creates a confusing user experience
Please note that I have changed all pages to super user access as the site is not mean to be live yet. You may change these to registered so that you can assist me with my issue but please remember to change it back to super user when done.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Based on what i checked on your site, it seems like the current manage subscription link is not go to the correct page, so I've help you created a hidden menu item for this manage subscription page, it should show correctly now. http://take.ms/LVDys

But i realised the layout is not show correctly, I think this part you should know how to setup the same layout as other existing page on your site.

I am sorry that just now i replied to wrong ticket, I already deleted my previous reply under this post.

It seems I can able to view this manage subscription page http://take.ms/iLCnM when i subscribed sitewide , may i know what is the current issue?

What i did is, when you subscribe on the site, you will receive an email regarding this confirmation with your subscription. http://take.ms/pLWi8

So you need to click that link from the email, so this user is really subscribe on the site now. http://take.ms/SSwBn
