no difference to the situation. we still get a 404 when clicking on 'Subscribe to Feed' - see attached screenshot:

That link should not show up if you have RSS disabled. Did you purge your cache after replacing the file

Mark, RSS is disabled in EB setup see attached:

Then the file was replaced and all cache was purged.

If you would have mentioned that you were using Nickel on your first post, it would save us a lot of time here. I have fixed this in /components/com_easyblog/themes/wireframe/nickel/authors/item.php

Mmm, sorry was not aware that mentioning the used theme was that important. You could've seen that when you first looked at the site. However, I would suggest that you should add a field to the from 'New Topic' form for users to add their Theme.

Anyway, what exactly did you change so that I can have a record should we need to update it again?

We have 4 extensions and EasyBlog has 30 themes, EasyDiscuss has 4 themes, EasySocial has 4 themes while Komento 4 themes. Do you really think that any of us could remember each and every design If you think we can, then we are not human beings.

Adding more fields to the "New Topic" form would confuse users even more. You have a huge textarea to explain your issues there
