Since the last update, we are unable to import our feeds. We get he following error whenever we try to import or add/change a feed.

SyntaxError: Unexpected end of JSON input

Any ideas? It worked before the most recent upgrade.

thank you,

Bridgette
Hi bridgette Patrov ,

Can you provide us with the rss feed url so we can replicate it locally?

Yes of course.

Here are three that will not work. (I did import them to my desktop rss feedreader, so I know they are good links)

http://feeds.justapinch.com/JanetsNotebookFromJustAPinchRecipeClub?format=xml
http://feeds.feedburner.com/blog/taste_this/
http://www.foodandwine.com/feeds/latest_recipes

Attaching image to show you our results from test import.

Thank you,

Bridgette

Hi Bridgette,

I've tested all of the links that you've provided above locally, and seems it works perfectlly fine.
Please refer these screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/RYu981BrAE

It is quite difficult for us to troubleshoot the issue without have any access for it

I am having a problem with the feeds import as well on my local machine. Here is the error I am getting on the front end for a reuters feed
ERROR: The request could not be satisfied Bad request.
Generated by cloudfront (CloudFront) Request ID: 4lPaV0YIQyG-Sgi1GoRKtvB-DEfRa1qU3yF0yB2PXBeAYEqa6O4n2Q==

And for feed burner feeds I get back a 404 error.

Note that the titles of all of the above are imported but nothing else.

Hi there,

Can you create a new ticket for this and provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?
