Hello,

The issue I reported the other has returned.

As you can see in the screenshots, I have subscribed to the entire site using the footer module and I have confirmed my subscription, but when I go to manage my subscription, the site wide subscription is not there.

If I subscribe to a post or to a category, it shows up just fine in my subscriptions but in the back end, it doesnt show at all.

How can fix all of these little issues. I plan to give live tomorrow night and want to make sure all of this works flawlessly.
It seems like that is bug, can you download my attached file and replace into this file location and see how it goes.

JoomlaFolder/modules/mod_easyblogsubscribe/tmpl/default.php

And I did remove your existing subscription because those data stored without your current user logged in id.

OK sounds good. Do I need to create an override or will this make it into the next release?

May i know how you subscribe sitewide on your site?

Are you login in as this user 'info@myvirtualgaming.com' to subscribe it or subscribe it as guest user?

I am logged in as castrogstar and am subscribing using the footer module which uses the EB subscribe module. I am using info@myvirtualgaming.com

As mentioned earlier, in the back end it shows my site wide but doesnt show my post or category subscription. On my subscription page, it shows the post and category but not the site wide.

From the backend Easyblog subscription list, it will show sitewide subscriber by default first http://take.ms/5JWLd , if you would like to check those single post or category subscriber, you have to click on that filter.

From the frontend, it seems like those latest code is not present on the frontend when i view the page source for some reason.

May i know do you have enable any cache or compression setting from your server? Because i did try to clear your cache from your site backend, frontend still loaded the old code.

Hm, it seems like you have template override for this subscribe module.

I've applied the same fix under this file JoomlaFolder/templates/rt_galatea/html/mod_easyblogsubscribe/default.php , can you try subscribe again and see how it goes?

By the way, I already removed your existing subscriber data.

Hi Arlex

It seems to work now.

Question though, if I am not logged in and I do a site wide subscription and confirm my subscription and then login with the user that uses the same email, will it show in "my subscriptions" or do I need to be signed in when I subscribe in order for it to work properly?

Thanks

Yes, in order to show your subscription on the manage subscription page, you have to logged in first before you subscribe.

If not, the system will treat this subscription subscribe it from the guest user.
