Hi there,

As you can see with attached pic "eb 1.jpg", I created a new EB post, with MP3 links

Unfortunately, as you can see with attached pic "eb 2.jpg", it's not possible to click this links when post is published, users need to copy/past url link to their browsers.

Do you know why ?

Best regards

Yann Anderson
Hi there,

It seems that all upload is not working on your site. After checking hours on your site, it seems that you have disabled this option http://take.ms/SsOs4 on your PHP. You are required to enabled it first and see how it goes

Please give it a try and see how it goes

Hi there,

May i know exactly you added those mp3 to your site? And based on your attachment, you are using our built-in composer, and i would advice you to use 'Audio' block instead of pasting them on text block as you can see here http://take.ms/Aj0jFq

Please give it a try and see how it goes

Unfortunately, as you can see with attached pic "fail.jpg", upload failed. When I try to upaload this file located on my server http://www.yannanderson.com/medias/radio/emissions/20120609_stop_fm.mp3 I obtain an error message. Do you know why ? And is there any better possibility that re-upload a second time the same .mp3 ? Impossible to play it from an url ?

Hi there,

It seems that you didnt included .mp3 extension to be uploaded on your media manager as you can see here http://take.ms/UcxgO. it should works as it should now as you can refer on my video here http://take.ms/FRz42

I have downloaded your .mp3, and it seems that it is large files exceeded 100mb. It is required for you to increase "Maximum upload file size " for your media manager to fully utilize it.

Please advice.
