eb-header - How to turn off?

Hi,

When you aren't logged in, you get stripe with the class eb-header, this stripe wasn't before the big update.
How to remove this stripe? I don't want to display: none; it because we use the front-end blogging.

Hm, not entirely sure if I understand what you mean by "stripe" but I tried to access http://www.hilverportal.nl/nieuws and I don't see any "stripes" eh? Am I checking the wrong place?

Sorry, I provided a screenshot.
I think it is the toolbar but because you don't have the permission to do anything, it shows up empty.
