I have the editor turned off as I prefer to code myself. Even with the editor off, however, I find that EB somehow adds a <br/> tag after my own <br/> and </p> tags. This creates larger spacing than I would like. How can I modify the behavior of EB so it doesn't edit my code?

Example (original code)
<p>My example paragraph.</p>
<p>My example line break<br/>
This is line two.</p>

Example (display code on F/E)
<p>My example paragraph.</p><br/>
<p>My example line break<br/><br/>
This is line two.</p><br/>
Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Yes, I already tried access your backend using https protocol, but i still hitting 403 error.

By the way, I did try switch my editor to none and copy you provided those example code then paste into blog content, it seems like it display correctly without add extra <br> tag in the blog content, you can check my attached screenshot below.

Am i missing something here? Please advise.

Thank you for the reply. Yes, all editors are off (global and EB settings). Interestingly, I find this only happens on with the content in the author biography (Author > Blog Settings > Biography). The issue exists only here, not in posts or elsewhere.

Hi there,

Maybe you can solve regarding your back end first as shown http://prntscr.com/d1irkr in order for us to take further look on this issues. Please advice.

I'm it using an editor, that's why it's so odd.

I'm quite confused here actually. Which editor are you using? Editor - TinyMCE,Editor - JCE,Editor - None,Editor - CodeMirror or built-in composer? You can check them by going to Backend>Components>EasyBlog>Author>*your type of author>Details as shown http://prntscr.com/d1isnc
Please advice.
