Hello,

Updated the site with EB5.0.20 and merged changes for the twitter.php file provided here http://stackideas.com/forums/eb5-autopost-to-twitter-with-blog-image

but it seems something else need to be changed as the blog image is being used on autopost to twitter is no longer of 'Large' size as it used to be?

Please check as to what changes need yet be done and could you please also post here the changes (codes) so that next time I apply them myself?

hey Imran,

I am sorry that delay of this reply,

I have consult with my colleague regarding this who added this hack for him before, I have applied some hack in this file again -> JoomlaFolderadministrator\components\com_easyblog\includes\twitter\twitter.php

Can you give it a try and see how it goes?

Hello Arlex,

It seems to be working fine on some of tweets but not all autopostings? Some autoposts have a smaller or thumbnail blog image even though there are 'large' images available in the blog. Please check the two different results (attached screenshots).

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as we are currently having a Joomla conference here in Malaysia and most of the team are involved in the preparation.

I have modified the code in this file -> JoomlaFolder/administrator\components\com_easyblog\includes\twitter\twitter.php

Seems like my 2 test post is getting the large image, can you check on this 2 tweets page?

Hello Arlex,

Yes, Its now displaying larger images but for some reasons it still using small images or thumbnails for some blog (please check the attached screenshot)?

It seems like that was cache issue, if I copy the post URL to Twitter validator https://cards-dev.twitter.com/validator
