Hi,

Before I write this up as a feature request, I'd like to discuss this here in hopes of finding out if this can be done already ?

I use EasySocial's page to run a business directory. I'm wondering now if I can also use it to showcase each businesses products and services somehow ? Is there a catalog component for pages ? Perhaps a work around for this ?

In the "other" social network, there's a whole product/service dimension. I'd LOVE to see this here :-) I'd also love to hear suggestions !

Hey Danny,

We do not have the capability of adding products on Pages but it would be a good idea though if we could develop an app which allows the page owners to create these products and / or probably link it with JReviews or a 3rd party cart system.

I think also sellacious has integrations who works with stackideas products. Maybe would that be a solution, till you mark got time for those apps?

Y'a a product / offer concept would be very nice (like the "other" network).
I don't think we need to go as far a cart per se. I think the APP developers can kick in for the cart part.
I would see a world (an EasySocial world) where products have categories and can be displayed in Modules (featured too) :-)
That would be EPIC !

There are really many cool stuffs that we haven't added into EasySocial and it's not that we do not want to add them. There are many factors which primarily is due to the time constraints

In a previous post, you and I discussed Hikashop's integration to ES but it doesn't pertain to pages yet nor does it seem very versatile at this point.
Any hopes on seeing you guys take a stand on this and integrate "offers" for page owners with a cart (ecom) system ?
I am still hopeful you will ;-)

Actually that was me discuss with you from this thread https://stackideas.com/forums/hikashop-app-s-are-they-ready-for-easysocial-3-x-and-hikashop-4-x , perhaps for now you can submit a feature request regarding this in our forums page, if the more people request on this, and we will priority consider it.

Hello everybody,

I would like to take advantage of Mark's participation in this discussion to ask him if for EasySocial you are planning to add a Classified app, like Facebook MarketPlace ?

Because many of us request this here : https://stackideas.com/forums/facebook-like-marketplace-for-groups

Members would be able to sell a product directly in Groups, in Profile, or in Pages.
A simple form, like the Poll app.
Posted from the story form : a title, a price, a description and photos.
